Welcome to PraPari & Co! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

🎨 Orders & Processing

Each item is handmade and carefully packaged with love. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

In addition processing times vary based on order size:

• 20–40 items: 4–5 business days
• 50–75 items: Approximately 1 week
• Larger orders: Please contact us before ordering to confirm production time.

🎨 Shipping

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, PraPari & Co is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the carrier. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact us and we'll gladly help you work with the carrier whenever possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

🎨 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll do our best to make it right.

🎨 Product Information

Each piece is handcrafted, making every item unique. Slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish are part of the handmade process and should be expected.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.

🎨  Safety

Our craft kits contain small parts and are recommended for children ages 3 and up with adult supervision.

Please do not ingest any materials included in the kit. Adult supervision is recommended during all craft activities.

🎨 Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, logos, artwork, and content on this website are the property of PraPari & Co.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

🎨 Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production or have been shipped.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before processing begins.
