Return & Refund Policy

At PraPari & Co, every item is carefully handmade, packaged, and prepared with love. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

🎨 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll happily work with you to provide a replacement or refund whenever appropriate.

🎨  Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, PraPari & Co is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries caused by the carrier.

If your package has not arrived, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need additional assistance, we're always happy to help however we can.

🎨  Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed, we'll do our best to accommodate your request before processing begins.

🎨 Non-Returnable Items

Because each product is handmade and made especially for you, all purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
